Will Matthias

Yes people, I'm Will Matthias, I started my coaching career at 17 running fitness classes and have now scaled to becoming an online coaching, focusing mainly on photoshoot and competition preps.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and always will be. I've competed 4 times so far in my journey whilst also playing Saturday league football. Why? Because I love a challenge and I also think I'd go nuts without it.

Outside of fitness and bodybuilding I love my food, and my coaching for those who don't want to compete is focused on getting people into ridiculously good shape whilst also not living the 'boring bodybuilding lifestyle'.
