22. Gifts and Promotions:

Free gifts, where applicable, will be automatically added to your basket. However, customers must visit the basket page to review and confirm their free gifts.

If a free gift allows for product or flavour selection, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the desired product is included in the basket before proceeding to checkout.

For products with applicable offers, a pop-up should appear on the product or basket page to prompt the selection of the free gift.
