At Elite Supps UK, we want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the information below to make sure your return meets our policy requirements.
Returning an Item
As a customer, you are entitled to request a refund as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods and let us know that you wish to cancel or return your order.
Once you have contacted us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend sending your return using a tracked courier service. Elite Supps UK cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or missing in transit.

Please note, Elite Supps UK cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping address information entered at checkout.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund, provided it meets the return criteria above.
