Returning an Item
As a customer, you are entitled to a refund as long as contact is made within 14 days of receiving your goods explaining that you want to cancel.
You then have another 14 days to return the goods once this information has been passed on.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you’ve received a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@elitesuppsuk.co.uk
We will:
- Cover the cost of return shipping
- Offer a replacement or a full refund, including your original delivery charges
To help us process this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item, the interior and outside the box, and the shipping label.
