Next working day shipping is applicable to orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (not inclusive of public holidays).
Next working Day deliveries are not guaranteed.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Bank Holidays, Black Friday, and the Christmas season. While we work hard to dispatch all orders promptly, couriers may experience delays due to high volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland or international locations at this time.
Further Information
Your order is considered delivered once it has left our warehouse and the courier has provided Proof of Delivery (POD). This may include:
- A signature from you or someone at your address
- A photo showing the parcel at your door or chosen delivery spot
- A delivery scan and timestamp confirming it was dropped off
- Confirmation that it was left in your nominated safe place
Once the courier has provided POD, Elite Supps UK is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. This includes:
- Orders left in a safe place or with a neighbour, if that’s what you or the courier requested
- Parcels marked as delivered but not found, as long as POD is available
- Missed deliveries where collection or redelivery wasn’t arranged
If you believe your parcel hasn’t been delivered despite a POD, we’ll help by raising a case with the courier. However, we can’t promise a replacement or refund while the investigation is ongoing.
To help ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your address at checkout and try to have someone available to receive the parcel.
