I was brought up in an active family, as my step dad is also a PT, but was never interested in the gym as I never ‘felt good at it’. Ive been training for nearly 10 years, I went to uni in 2015, partied a little too hard and got into a really bad place mentally and physically. I ended up joining the gym and in my third year, and became addicted by 4th year, practically in the gym more than uni. It was then I got my first PT and started to focus on my diet and had a huge transformation.
I knew I didn’t want to do anything in my degree as I hated sitting still, so decided to start my PT qualification. I qualified and began PT in 2019, then lockdown happened which was the biggest turning point for me, the gym and my coaching business.
I then have had 2 coaches myself since then, completed 2 photoshoot preps and decided in 2023 that the following year I would do my first ever bodybuilding show in 2024. The gym has been there for me through lots of things, and that’s why I love being able to coach and support more women through similar journeys I went through.
