Yo, what's good guys! I'm Liam Watson, Online Coach and IFBB professional bodybuilder. I have been bodybuilding now for 8 years, dedicating my life to my craft, to improvement and to progress. I earned my pro card in September of 2024 at 22 years old at only my second ever show and first ever competitive season. I'm pretty sure it was a fluke but i've been told I'm one of the only people ever to win a junior class, open class and the overall at a European final. That's not a bad accolade.

I have been in the online coaching space for just over 2 years now and its safe to say, I live my dream. Bodybuilding and coaching are my passions and I'm blessed to be able to do them for a living.
