DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix two scoops (45g) with 500-700ml of water and aim to drink half over the first half of your session. Top up with fresh water to 500-700ml and finish over the second half of your session. If competing, drink half in the lead-up to your first match, then top up and sip between rounds. Do not exceed two full servings per day.
