SUGGESTED USE
Mix 1 level scoop (30g) with 200–250ml of water and shake thoroughly. For a thicker protein drizzle, mix 1 scoop (30g) with approximately 35–50ml of water, adding gradually until smooth. Ideal for adding to oats, cream of rice, or other meals.
